Sad Today

Feeling Sad.
Lonely.
Nostalgic.
I wish…….Lots of things.
Nothing good to say today.
I can’t talk anyone.
I have to go to this stupid BBQ and put on a happy face,
LIke always I am happy and perfect for everyone.
The shopping is done, the clothes are washed and dried.
Perfect……..
Just more *hugs* for you. I so wish it could be easier for you.
Having read just a few of your posts, I think you have a right to be sad. I hope you make it through that barbecue, and that someone there gives you the support you need right now. Be gentle with yourself this weekend, it is a hard one.
(((Hugs))) You dont know me (I dont think anyways) and I am a new reader but I thought maybe you should be told today that someone out there cares. I am feeling your loss and your pain. May someone, anyone honor your motherhood this weekend.
Happy Birthday to your daughter. Happy “Birth”-day to you and may your Mother’s Day be filled with simple thoughts of a better tomorrow.
Hi. I found you through Judy at Just Enjoy Him.
Just wanted to reach out to you. You’re not alone. Many of us first moms are struggling with the upcoming sadness that this day brings.
You can reach me anytime through my contact me page on my blog.
Sending you warm thoughts this Mother’s Day.
I too am a new reader and found you through Judy. My husband and I celebrated our first mother’s day today and told stories about our son’s birthmother. We wish she were in contact with us but she isn’t comfortable yet with that concept. We said prayers of hope that she know somehow that we were thinking of her today. She is his first mother and that’s very important to all of us. So in lieu of being in touch with her, let me instead send you our love and our thankfulness. Please know that your sorrow is known and that while we can’t change it, we want you and all the first mothers to know that you are special to us. Hugs.
